Some Springtime Stamping

Attic Gal Rachelle says:

I had a bit of fun this week, creating a few fun and easy projects with the Stampin' Up! Sale-a-Bration Stamps, papers, and ribbon.

Here's a closer look:

This pretty little gift card holder was made from Top Notes die cuts and my favorite Big Shot! - one from blue cardstock, and one from two sided Designer Series papers, folded down in front, with sticky strip holding it together on the sides and bottom to create a pouch. The flower was punched, and the leaves were two petals cut from the same punch.  I added some pretty twill ribbon and a rhinestone brad for bling.  That's it.

The "yummy" inside of this pretty package is a KitKat bar.  I wrapped DS paper around it, glues the ends and crimped them.  Then made a belly band of coordinating paper and a punched eyelet border.  I cut out the Yummy image, and layered it with a Label die cut which I punched slots into and threaded yellow grosgrain through.  Very easy, and I think very charming.

I think my favorite is the my bunny diaper fold pouch.  I folded two sided 6" square DS paper into a diaper fold pouch.  The bunny is made out of all punches: The large oval for her body, a 1 5/8" circle for her head, the medium and small ovals for her ears, the small square for her teeth, the 1/2" circle for her cheeks, and the 1/4" circle for her paws and eyes.  Then I accessorized with a little gingham bow.  The nose is a tiny brad that I embossed with pink embossing powder. I found a package of candy-powder-filled carrots at the dollar store which I think work perfectly in the pouches.

And, like most bunnies do, they tend to multiply!

Thanks for hopping on over to our Attic!
