Attic Gal Rachelle says:

My sweet friend Shari just had a birthday, and I wanted to give her a little bit of Spring to brighten up her home (even though it is spring all winter long here in the desert of
SoCal.) So I bought her this darling tall
apothecary jar, and filled it with pastel colored eggs. I just love
apothecary jars in every shape and size, and this one seemed just right for Shari. Then I stamped a little tag,
watercolored it, added a silk flower and old bone button, and tied it on with a satiny brow ribbon. Her home is done in robin's egg blue and browns, so I think it will be perfect.

Then made card to match. (I am kind of obsessive on having my wrapping and card match the gift. Why not? With as many colors and stamps as I have at my disposal, I can. It just makes me happy!) I used the
Stampin' Up "Friendly Flowers" stamp set, and added a
watercolored tag like the one on the jar. The ribbon flower was made by punching a hole in the middle and around the edge of a scallop circle, and threading the ribbon up though the outside holes down through the m
iddle hole and finish off with a sparkly brad. A pretty 3D effect.

Then I wasn't quite sure how to wrap the jar. Finally I just pulled some craft paper up around it and tied it with more satin ribbon, and a pretty brown tag. I tucked some sweet roses and
lavender from my garden into the ribbon. Done.
Happy Birthday, Shari dear, and Happy Spring, everyone!
