Irish Kisses

Attic Gal Rachelle says:

I had a little fun making a few St. Patty's day projects without any St. Patty's stamps.

I just Love this card I CASED using the heart stamp from current SU Sale-a-bration set "Polka Dot Punches" and my new Full Heart Punch.  The heart makes a perfect Shamrock and the dot pattern on the heart reminds me of a celtic knot.  The background was stamped in white ink with the same stamp.  The stem was from the "Flight of the Butterfly" set, and finished off with a rhinestone brad.  So pretty!

Kiss me, I'm Irish!

I also CASED this darling Leprechan goodie box, filled with chocolate Kisses.

I am kind of a punch-a-holic, so this project had me doing the jig!

Stamp a quarter sheet of 81/2 X 11 cardstock.  I used SU's "Print Pattern" stamp.

Then put sticky strip, or any strong adhesive along shrt edge, as shown

And roll into a tube.

Then use the sticky strip  to seal one end , and then crimp the end.

Fill with Kisses, and seal and crimp other end in the opposite direction as the first end.

Using tag , word window, scallop circle, 1 3/8" circle and 1/4" circle punches, punch out colored papers as seen in picture.

For the buckle, use the 1/4" square punch to punch a hole out of the gold word window punchout.  Then trim the other two edges to make a little square.

Glue the punches together as shown, and trim off the edges of the hat band.  Add dots and dashes for the eyes, and a crooked grin, and the lucky little lad is all done!
Happy St. Pat's!
